Annual Salary plus any sign-on bonus
Our Fee: 15-25%
Guarantee - One replacement within 120 days. If no replacement found within 30 days of request, the next position will be filled at a 50% discount. Payment due on candidate start date. Payments more than 15 days past due voids guarantee. Exclusivity on a role will grant a 2% discount.
Annual Salary:
Under $100 = 15-20%
$100-150k = 22%
$150,001 and above = 25%

Minimum of 3 quality submittals per position, per week

Flexible Pricing Options:
- $7,500/month – 3-month partnership
- $6,500/month – 6-month partnership
- $5,000/month – 12-month partnership
