Staffing FEES

 

Direct Hire/Permanent Placement

When you're wanting the best candidate possible to add to your team..


 

Annual Salary plus any sign-on bonus

Our Fee: 15-25%

Guarantee - One replacement within 120 days. If no replacement found within 30 days of request, the next position will be filled at a 50% discount. Payment due on candidate start date. Payments more than 15 days past due voids guarantee. Exclusivity on a role will grant a 2% discount.

Annual Salary: 

Under $100 = 15-20%

$100-150k = 22%

$150,001 and above = 25%

 Reverse Billing.

 

Hourly Rate, 6 month contract (1000 - 1499 hours)

Our Fee: $27/hr

Hourly Rate, 9 month contract (1500 - 1999 hours)

Our Fee: $24/hr

Hourly Rate, contract 12 months (2000 hours)

Our Fee: $20/hr 


 Reverse Billing: For Government Contractors who need to keep workshare. We offer the option to invoice monthly, NET 30, based on the hours a contractor has worked and will work to coincide the invoice Due Date with the End Client's payment date. 

Rent-A-Recruiter

 When you need a recruiter but don't want to add a FTE!  Hourly Rate, Company-Supplied Tools Starting at: $100/hr 

You'll get a dedicated recruiter to support your roles. LinkedIn RPS and job board access will be provided. 

Rate is dependent on number of positions being filled. Minimum commitment of 160 hours required (Example: 20 hours per week for 8 weeks.) Starting rate is based on 1 position. Additional positions are an added $25/hr each until filled. Billed bi-weekly, payable on receipt.
